Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Engineer – Civil to oversee the execution of on-site construction activities, with a strong focus on bridge concrete works, aluminum cladding, and interior finishing. The role involves supervising daily operations, ensuring quality compliance, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and within specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise bridge construction activities including formwork, reinforcement, and concrete placement

• Ensure proper setting out and execution in line with approved drawings and specifications

Cladding & Finishing Coordination

• Monitor aluminum cladding installation and interior finishing works

• Ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards

Technical Review & Planning

• Review drawings, method statements, and material submittals before execution

• Assist in planning materials, resources, and site logistics

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain smooth operations

• Support project teams in resolving technical and site-related issues

Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Track daily site progress and ensure adherence to project schedules

• Maintain accurate site reports, logs, and documentation

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications

• Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to enforce safety and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects

Mandatory Experience In:

• Bridge concrete works

• Aluminum cladding systems

• Interior finishing works

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site practices

• UAE project experience preferred

• Experience with main contractors is an advantage

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
