Job Overview

We are hiring a proactive Site Engineer to support on-site execution and technical coordination for a major infrastructure project in the UAE. The role involves supervising construction activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to keep site operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and provide technical guidance to teams.

• Assist in implementing project schedules and monitoring progress, quality, and safety.

• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.

• Review drawings, technical plans, and site modifications to ensure accuracy.

• Support site inspections, material approvals, documentation, and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and local regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Experience working on airport projects or major infrastructure works (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.).

• UAE project experience preferred.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, coordination activities, and site execution.

• Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
