Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee construction site activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in site engineering, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect construction facilities and analyze operational data to ensure compliance and quality.

• Maintain adherence to safety regulations and industry standards on-site.

• Prepare and present cost estimates for materials and technical requirements.

• Evaluate current processes and recommend design improvements to boost efficiency.

• Implement engineering solutions and verify structural integrity through testing.

• Research and integrate eco-friendly and sustainable practices into project designs.

• Develop graphical representations and technical proposals for project solutions.

• Compile and present progress reports to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Monitor project timelines, compliance with design specs, and safety protocols.

• Direct site engineering teams, assign tasks, provide training, and support staff.

• Create and adjust work schedules to meet project deadlines.

• Maintain detailed documentation of all site activities and project developments.

• Collaborate with management to align project outcomes with business objectives.

• Ensure confidentiality of company information.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on site engineering experience (note: original says 3-5 years in profile but job states 1-3; can be adjusted).

• Proficiency with construction management software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, or MS Project.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle site challenges promptly.
