Job Title: Site Engineer
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient Site Engineer to join our growing team in a dynamic construction environment. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience who are passionate about infrastructure development and want to play a key role in delivering successful construction projects.
As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for managing specific sections or “packages” of construction projects, ensuring all technical elements are executed accurately, on schedule, and within budget. You’ll bring your engineering knowledge to the field, offering technical guidance, liaising with key stakeholders, and maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee specific parts of construction projects.

Interpret and implement technical drawings and designs.

Supervise on-site staff and subcontractors to ensure work aligns with project plans.

Conduct site surveys, inspections, and setting-out tasks.

Ensure all work complies with legal and safety regulations.

Solve on-site technical problems quickly and effectively.

Liaise with clients, architects, surveyors, and other professionals to coordinate project elements.

Prepare site progress reports and maintain accurate project records.

Promote and uphold sustainability and health & safety standards throughout the site.
Qualifications & Training:

Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Geotechnical, or Building Services Engineering.

1–3 years of relevant experience in site engineering or construction project management.

Experience with technical drawings and site surveying is preferred.
-
Previous industry exposure through internships or placement years is a plus.

Working toward professional accreditation (e.g., with the Institution of Civil Engineers) is highly encouraged.
