Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee construction projects, ensuring accurate surveying, setting out levels, and managing both technical and organizational aspects of site activities. The role requires close coordination with subcontractors, consultants, and local authorities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

🏗 Technical Supervision & Execution:

• Serve as the main technical advisor on-site for subcontractors and labor teams.
• Conduct site surveys, leveling, and setting out to ensure precise project execution.
• Verify project plans, drawings, and material specifications for accuracy.

🔧 Project Coordination & Management:

• Oversee the procurement and cost-effective selection of materials.
• Interpret and implement contract design documents from clients or architects.
• Coordinate with supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and workforce.
• Liaise with local authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.

📋 Quality Control & Safety Compliance:

• Monitor on-site labor and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Enforce strict quality control and health & safety protocols.
• Plan and organize site resources, equipment, and manpower to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to address challenges and ensure timely project completion.

Job Requirements:

🎓 Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Prior experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects preferred.

🛠️ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of surveying, leveling, and construction materials.
• Ability to interpret design blueprints and contract documents.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in quality control and health & safety regulations.
