Role Overview:
The Site Director oversees operational strategy for Concentrix Dubai, ensuring client engagement, operational efficiency, and financial performance across multiple accounts. This role is responsible for leading large teams, implementing business objectives, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with global and regional guidelines.

• Drive continuous improvement in quality, client satisfaction (CSAT), productivity, staffing, and costs.

• Lead recruitment, retention, and development of managers and operational staff.

• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

• Maintain strong client relationships and support business growth initiatives.

• Implement technology-driven solutions and service innovations.

• Resolve escalated issues affecting operational performance or customer satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in operations, preferably in contact center or outsourcing industries.

• 6+ years managing large operations (500+ employees).

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA preferred.

• Operational excellence certification (COPC, Six Sigma, PMP) is mandatory.

• Full fluency in Arabic and English (C1 level).

• Proven ability to lead large teams, multi-disciplinary projects, and client partnerships.

• Experience in local market operations preferred.

Job Conditions:

• Full-time, office-based role at Dubai CommerCity (ARE Dubai – Property# BCB2 515).

• Flexibility required; business travel locally and internationally.
