We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead and oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site activities and supervise site teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and services
• Enforce strict health and safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and report updates to senior management
• Allocate resources effectively and resolve site issues that may impact timelines or quality
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and incident records
• Ensure proper communication and coordination among all stakeholders on-site

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or similar role in construction projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Relevant certifications in construction management or site supervision are an advantage
• Ability to adapt to dynamic site conditions and project requirements
