Role Overview

A growing design practice in Dubai is seeking an experienced Site Architect to support the on-site delivery of multiple high-end developments. This is a hands-on position suited to professionals who enjoy working closely with construction teams while maintaining strong coordination with the design office.

You will play a key role in ensuring design intent is executed accurately on-site, managing inspections, resolving technical issues, and coordinating across disciplines to deliver premium-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works align with design specifications and quality standards.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to support smooth project delivery.

• Review shop drawings, technical submissions, and material approvals in collaboration with the design team.

• Act as the link between site execution and architectural design teams, ensuring accurate implementation.

• Monitor progress across multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines and resolving on-site challenges.

• Support technical coordination across architecture, structural systems, and MEP services.

• Maintain documentation, reports, and communication records related to site activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational background in Architecture (Interior Architecture may also be considered).

• Proven experience in site-based or delivery-focused architectural roles.

• Strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle, including architectural, structural, and MEP coordination.

• Demonstrated experience on high-end residential or hospitality developments.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

• Currently based in the UAE.

Salary & Benefits
