As the Showroom Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing showroom operations, elevating the customer experience, and driving strategic sales aligned with the company’s growth objectives in the architectural solutions market.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily showroom operations, ensuring a polished and brand-consistent customer environment

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and business growth

Build strong professional relationships with architects, designers, consultants, and contractors

Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets

Manage showroom displays, product inventory, promotional activities, and in-store events

Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform strategy
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Architecture, Business, Marketing, etc.)

15+ years of experience in the construction or architectural solutions industry

Proven track record in sales leadership and team management

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
