• First House Furniture UAE, a premium interior design and furniture company, is hiring a Showroom Manager fluent in Russian and English for their Al Jurf showroom in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a well-organized and customer-focused professional who can manage showroom operations and provide outstanding visitor experiences.

Working hours are 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM with two flexible days off. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients, handle showroom administration, manage inquiries, support sales documentation, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome showroom visitors, offer refreshments, and demonstrate product features

• Manage phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls to relevant departments

• Process showroom sales and installation documents, invoices, and after-sales services

• Follow up with visitors post-visit to ensure satisfaction and generate potential leads

• Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma (minimum)

• Languages: Fluent in Russian and English; Arabic is a plus

• Valid UAE driving license

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools

• Strong organizational abilities and ability to multitask

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or admin roles preferred
