We are seeking a highly reliable, experienced, and professional individual to manage a portfolio of short-term rental properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the operational aspects of property management, ensuring top-tier guest experiences and smooth day-to-day functions.

This is a hands-on role where you will be the go-to person for booking management, guest logistics, property setup, and staff coordination. You will work closely with upper management, ensuring processes are followed precisely and independently executed with high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage property listings and reservations on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other short-term rental platforms

• Daily operation and coordination through the Hostaway platform (mandatory experience required)

• Oversee and schedule cleaning and maintenance teams

• Coordinate and conduct guest check-ins and check-outs

• Manage property staging, furnishing, and readiness in collaboration with local furnishing vendors

• Communicate fluently in both English and Arabic

• Operate independently with a valid UAE driving license

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with local tax regulations (VAT, tourism fees, etc.)

• Ability to issue professional invoices for corporate clients

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail

• Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to maintaining premium service standards
