Role Overview

KOTRA Dubai Trade Office is hiring energetic and customer-focused promoters to support a beauty pop-up activation delivered in partnership with Chalhoub Group and participating brands.

This short-term opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, promoting products, and supporting live retail experiences in a fast-paced event environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and introduce featured beauty brands and products.

• Assist with demonstrations, sampling, and promotional giveaways.

• Help manage booth presentation, setup, and daily stock organization.

• Provide a friendly and informative customer experience to drive engagement.

• Coordinate with the on-site team to ensure smooth event operations.

Working Conditions

• Venue: Marsa Boulevard waterfront (near Dubai Festival City).

• Event Period: 28 February 2026 – 28 March 2026.

• Contract Type: Short-term assignment (approximately 10–11 working days per promoter).

• Open Positions: 4.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must currently reside in the UAE (no employment visa provided).

• Legally authorized to work in the UAE.

• Fluent in English or Arabic.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; prior retail or promotional experience is advantageous.
