Job Title: Shopkeeper 

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Shopkeeper to oversee the daily operations of our building material shop. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar retail management role. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing both customer interactions and operational responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day sales and provide exceptional customer service in the shop

• Ensure proper stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records

• Organize and display products in an appealing and accessible manner

• Coordinate with suppliers for stock deliveries and manage stock levels

• Handle cash transactions, invoicing, and billing efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store

• Keep records of daily sales and prepare accurate sales reports

• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and inquiries

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience in inventory management and product display

• Ability to handle cash, invoices, and billing systems
