Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude

• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

• Prepare and serve beverages as per shop standards

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the shop

• Communicate effectively in English

• Follow shop procedures and ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus

• Must have a valid UAE residential ID

• Ability to speak English

• Willingness to learn and maintain a clean work environment
