Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve shisha using high-quality tobacco flavors and custom blends

• Handle charcoal service efficiently and safely throughout service hours

• Clean and maintain shisha pipes, hoses, and accessories according to hygiene standards

• Recommend flavors and custom mixes to enhance the guest experience

• Ensure compliance with lounge hygiene and safety standards

• Maintain a chill and engaging lounge vibe while managing multiple tables and guest interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in shisha preparation is preferred

• In-depth knowledge of tobacco flavors, mixing techniques, and heat control

• Strong multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced lounge environment

• Presentable, energetic, and customer-service focused attitude

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
