Job Title: Sewage Tank Cleaning & Waste Disposal Technician 

Job Description:

We are seeking a hardworking and safety-conscious Sewage Tank Cleaning & Waste Disposal Technician to support our sanitation and environmental services operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient, hygienic, and safe cleaning of sewage and septic tanks using both manual methods and specialized equipment in accordance with UAE safety standards and company protocols.

Job Purpose:
To carry out the cleaning, maintenance, and emptying of sewage and septic tanks in a safe, hygienic, and efficient manner while strictly adhering to operational and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual and equipment-assisted cleaning of sewage and septic tanks

• Operate suction/vacuum tankers to extract and transport waste materials

• Safely dispose of collected waste at approved municipal disposal sites

• Comply with all safety procedures including proper use of PPE

• Inspect tanks for damage, leaks, or blockages and report any issues

• Support the team in hose and pump connection, operation, and maintenance

• Keep all tools, equipment, and vehicles clean and in proper working condition

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow supervisor instructions

• Report any safety incidents, equipment malfunctions, or hazards immediately

Qualifications & Skills:

• Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor, confined, and demanding conditions

• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices in sewage operations (training provided)

• Strong sense of discipline and ability to follow procedures

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Previous experience in sewage or sanitation work is an added advantage
