Dubai Careers is seeking a Services Center Section- Head to join the team. The role involves overseeing the planning, implementation, and execution of customer service centers, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in strategic planning, team management, and performance improvement within a customer service environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with a focus on service excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational and strategic plans for the service centers, aligning with overall organizational goals.

  • Prepare and monitor the annual budget for the service centers, ensuring financial goals are met.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage staff to achieve performance targets, recommending training and development programs as needed.

  • Monitor and ensure the implementation of service center work plans, ensuring compliance with standards and operational procedures.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service delivery and operational efficiency, including planning for the delivery of services to special groups (e.g., senior citizens, people with disabilities).

  • Develop and implement procedures for handling customer complaints, ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently, and track service quality using ISO standards.

  • Oversee the implementation of promotional campaigns and awareness programs about services.

  • Ensure that all service centers adhere to established service standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct regular reviews of performance metrics, prepare statistical reports, and make recommendations for improvement.

  • Handle the management of partnerships with governmental agencies for service delivery within the community.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.

    • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

  • Experience:

    • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in a related field.

    • Strong background in customer service management and team leadership.

    • Experience in strategic planning, budget management, and operational improvement.

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

    • In-depth knowledge of service standards and ISO compliance.

    • Ability to develop and execute effective customer service strategies.

    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

    • Knowledge of UAE’s governmental services and regulations is a plus.
