A leading industrial technology company is hiring a Service Sales Account Manager to drive profitable order growth and manage service sales activities across key accounts in the UAE. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with 5–10 years of experience in service business and sales leadership, particularly within the oil and gas sector and with exposure to ADNOC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic account plans, expanding service agreements, and ensuring customer satisfaction across ABB’s installed base.
Responsibilities:
– Achieve profitable order growth by penetrating service portfolios and collaborating with portfolio champions
– Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and track customer engagement
– Develop and implement technical account management plans for ABB’s installed base
– Define and execute sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction through the ABB Survey Program
– Expand high-level service agreements and maintain up-to-date customer player maps
– Lead cross-divisional service initiatives and promote a One Service approach
– Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and represent ABB’s digital solutions
– Identify market potential and provide value-based solutions
– Define account pricing strategies and validate commercial and technical proposals
– Coordinate marketing activities and site visits
Requirements:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
– Experience:
– 5–10 years in Service Business in the UAE, especially with ADNOC
– 5–10 years in Service Sales leadership
– Familiarity with ABB installed base and offerings
– Skills:
– Strong customer focus, leadership, and service mindset
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Deep understanding of oil and gas industry in the UAE
– Experience in project delivery and sales processes
