Job Description:
We are looking for a Service Operation Engineer to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HVAC modernization projects, leading cross-functional coordination, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service in line with our engineering and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage HVAC modernization projects from inspection to completion.

Develop project scopes, schedules, and documentation (method statements, risk assessments, etc.).

Provide technical leadership on system upgrades and modernizations.

Conduct site inspections, quality assurance checks, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Collaborate with engineering and field teams to ensure timely delivery.

Identify and implement process improvements.

Monitor project risk and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of HVAC project engineering or project management experience.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and project workflows.

Proficiency in project management tools and documentation.
-
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Project management certifications (PMP, etc.) are a plus.
