Service Manager Assistant – Full-Time | Dubai

About the Role:

Guildhall Executive, a leading recruitment agency in the MENA region, is hiring a Service Manager Assistant on behalf of a global powerhouse in the home appliances and consumer electronics industry. This full-time position, based in Dubai, offers a unique opportunity to support operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and administrative efficiency within a dynamic, fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls and messages, resolve common issues, and escalate complex cases as needed. Monitor and follow up on customer complaints.

• Support order processing, service coordination, task planning, and resource allocation. Contribute to service process improvement.

• Oversee service provider work orders, ensure timely resolution of issues, and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement.

• Maintain accurate inventory records, schedule part deliveries, manage stock checks, and handle expired or damaged items.

• Organize contracts and service documentation, generate analytical reports, and support strategic decision-making through data insights.

• Handle general office administrative duties and assist in service-related projects, research, and site visits as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or related operational roles; experience in order management and service optimization is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and service management platforms.

• Basic understanding of technical product or service operations to assist with troubleshooting and workflow enhancements.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to solve problems effectively and work collaboratively across teams.
