GEELY UAE is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead its service team in Dubai. The role focuses on workshop management, customer service, sales target achievement, and team leadership to ensure top-notch service quality and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage and lead the service team to achieve sales volume targets.
🔹 Plan and monitor workshop equipment, tools, and resources for optimal efficiency.
🔹 Ensure compliance with company guidelines and UAE regulations for service operations.
🔹 Oversee customer service quality, ensuring complaints are handled efficiently.
🔹 Monitor service market trends and strategize for better market penetration.
🔹 Develop and execute marketing & advertising plans for service promotions.
🔹 Conduct budget planning and cost management for workshop and service operations.
🔹 Ensure proper waste disposal & environmental compliance.
🔹 Conduct staff training, development, and motivation to enhance team performance.
🔹 Monitor inventory management for workshop parts and materials.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

8 to 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Technical Diploma/Degree with a strong background in automotive service management.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & inventory management systems.
✔ Strong leadership & customer service skills.
✔ Ability to work independently & collaboratively with different teams.
Professional/Technical certification in automotive services is a plus.
UAE Driving License is required.
