Service Delivery Lead


Allianz Partners is seeking a Service Delivery Lead to oversee vendor and service delivery operations, ensuring optimal performance management of outsourcing partners. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager in Operations Transformation & Support, this full-time, on-site role requires expertise in third-party partnerships (TPP), governance, and operational frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of the global TPP, operational partnerships, and inter-BU agreement framework
- Assist in standardizing frameworks for compliance and alignment
- Drive strategic initiatives for third-party partner management
- Conduct TPP performance reviews in compliance with EU Solvency II and Allianz Group Outsourcing processes
- Manage inter-BU governance and oversee offshoring platforms
- Implement and embed a formalized service delivery approach
- Develop end-to-end service delivery models, including complaint management and mitigation plans
- Ensure high-quality monitoring of TPPs for best-in-class service
- Perform data analysis, consolidating TPP performance reports and cost containment metrics
- Build service delivery dashboards for operational insights
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 10+ years of service delivery experience in a multinational environment
- Expertise in supplier contract negotiation and performance management
- Strong project management and data analytics skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage complex data sets and drive results
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Strong team collaboration and stakeholder management
