Position: Service Contracts Executive

Job Overview:
As a Service Contracts Executive, you will play a key role in customer retention and aftersales service by managing Service Maintenance Contracts (SMCs). You will support frontline teams, handle contract transactions, analyze purchase trends, and ensure seamless SMC and Repair Maintenance Contract (RMC) execution while adhering to company SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Maintenance Contracts (SMCs) & Repair Maintenance Contracts (RMCs):

Manage & maintain SMC packages database—ensure accurate pricing and updates.

Provide frontline support by processing contract transfers, terminations, refunds, and re-instatements within set timeframes.

Create & price RMCs—ensure pricing schedules and approvals are completed within 48 hours.

Assist in the integration of SMCs with new unit sales, ensuring smooth processing.

Conduct SMC-related reporting & analysis (daily, weekly, and monthly) to provide insights and recommendations.
System & Technical Support:

Maintain SMC variants in ERP systems (SAP IS AUTO) for transaction accuracy.

Prepare trend analysis and reports to optimize profitability and prevent margin erosion.

Utilize Microsoft Excel, SAP, and BI reporting tools for data management and analysis.
Requirements:

Diploma or higher in Business, Finance, or a related field.
-
2-6 years of experience in automotive aftersales or service contracts management.

Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP (SAP IS AUTO) proficiency.

Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
