Bvlgari, a world-renowned luxury brand, is seeking a skilled Service Care Technician (Watchmaker) to join its Dubai team. The role requires delivering high-quality repairs and servicing of luxury timepieces in alignment with Bvlgari’s Service Care Standards, while ensuring cost, quality, and lead-time objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical repairs on assigned products, including dismounting, reconditioning, component exchange, polishing, cleaning, and reassembling (encasing).

• Conduct quality checks to ensure all repairs meet Bvlgari standards.

• Evaluate product authenticity, reparability, and provide technical assessments, including spare parts requirements.

• Record repair details (cost estimates, spare parts, and process updates) in the system.

• Contribute to defining repair types and technical interventions.

• Collaborate with supervisors to manage repair schedules.

• Execute movement overhauls of both automatic and quartz movements.

• Ensure timely delivery of all assigned repairs as per schedule.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in watchmaking or related technical repair roles.

• Strong knowledge of repair techniques, tools, and manufacturing processes.

• Ability to overhaul automatic and quartz movements.

• Familiarity with SAP system is an advantage.

• Strong operational effectiveness and attention to detail.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
