SellAnyCar.com, the region’s leading online platform for selling cars, is seeking an enthusiastic and technically proficient Service Adviser to join their Dubai team. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for individuals with strong automotive technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and play a crucial role in delivering a seamless, efficient, and friendly car selling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet sellers professionally and warmly to create a strong first impression and build rapport.

  • Guide customers through check-in, waiting, and deal area processes.

  • Conduct vehicle inspections thoroughly, safely, and professionally.

  • Complete inspection reports accurately within the set timeframe, adhering to SellAnyCar.com quality standards.

  • Ask effective qualifying questions to understand seller needs and assist the closing team with relevant insights.

  • Support the sales closer in finalizing deals using trial closing, negotiation, and objection-handling strategies.

  • Manage and forward all accepted deal documentation and vehicles to the operations team accurately and promptly.

  • Ensure all sellers (whether accepting or rejecting offers) are seen off with professionalism and courtesy to uphold the brand image.

  • Encourage referrals and promote a positive brand experience.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Automotive Technician or Engineer.

  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a technical or customer-facing automotive role.

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.

  • Strong vehicle inspection and diagnostic skills.

  • Proven customer service and sales experience.

  • Good proficiency in internet browsers, applications, and email.

  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
