Medier Agency, a performance-driven marketing agency specializing in the iGaming industry, is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist fluent in Arabic and English. This is a remote, full-time position ideal for candidates with a proven track record in on-page and off-page SEO, content strategy, and digital growth within high-competition markets.

As an SEO Specialist, you will work on one or more iGaming websites targeting the Middle East (ME) market, managing SEO campaigns end-to-end. This includes content planning, keyword strategy, technical optimization, and performance tracking in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to iGaming platforms for Arabic-speaking audiences.

• Conduct keyword research, generate content briefs, and maintain the quality and relevance of site content.

• Oversee monthly link-building plans, ensuring white-hat techniques and high-quality backlinks.

• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors on design, content, development, and SEO execution.

• Monitor, analyze, and report on project performance using standard SEO analytics tools.

• Maintain and optimize content on WordPress and ensure updates are aligned with best SEO practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum B2 proficiency in Arabic (written and spoken).

• Minimum B2+ proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• At least 3 years of experience as an SEO Manager or SEO Content Manager.

• Solid expertise in on-page and off-page SEO methodologies.

• Strong familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in content management systems (WordPress preferred).

• Excellent communication, reporting, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience (Bonus):

• Previous SEO experience in the iGaming industry, especially in MENA, LATAM, USA, or Canada.

• Experience managing freelancers and coordinating remote teams.
