Bayut.com, part of Dubizzle Group, is looking for a SEO Specialist to drive organic growth for its real estate and classified platforms. This full-time, on-site role involves technical and strategic SEO, collaborating with teams, implementing best practices, and enhancing the Bayut website’s search performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, research, and document new SEO projects/campaigns and propose improvements.

• Define objectives and KPIs for SEO projects and gain stakeholder approval.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with all key stakeholders.

• Conduct detailed QA before project/campaign execution.

• Ensure seamless implementation of SEO projects/campaigns.

• Track and analyze project performance and traffic trends.

• Conduct SEO audits and experiments to test SEO theories.

• Perform backlink acquisition and technical SEO troubleshooting.

• Dig into data using scripts and expressions to identify issues and opportunities.

• Grow organic traffic and leads for Bayut platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science).

• 2-3 years of SEO experience with strong technical SEO expertise.

• Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).

• Deep understanding of Google SEO ranking factors and strong R&D skills.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Team player with a proactive attitude; scripting knowledge is a plus.
