We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Senior Vice President of Sales to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth in Dubai’s competitive real estate market. This leadership role requires a visionary sales expert who can build high-performing teams, develop innovative sales strategies, and strengthen client relationships to position our company as a market leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the sales department, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with market trends and company goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders while identifying new business opportunities.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to the executive leadership team.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance market positioning and optimize offerings.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team through continuous training and coaching.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of senior sales leadership experience in the real estate sector, preferably in high-end property markets.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, regulations, and investment landscape.
- Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to assess market trends and performance metrics.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, drive business expansion, and meet aggressive targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
