Schneider Electric is hiring a Senior Tender Engineer to join their dynamic Abu Dhabi team. The role involves managing the complete tendering process for complex proposals and working closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure timely, high-quality bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex tender offers, ensuring quality and compliance

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical and commercial details

• Prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals

• Oversee technical, financial, legal, and contractual aspects

• Engage in contract negotiations and stakeholder communication

• Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric standards and business interests

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• 10+ years of experience in tender management

• Deep understanding of PLCs, VFDs, MV & LV equipment

• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC, IEC 61850, etc.)

• Experience with Schneider Electric RTU/PLC systems (SCADA Pack, Modicon)

• L2/L3 networking design experience is essential

• Familiarity with Best Performance HMI, AVEVA SCADA, and CSI Certification is a plus

• ISA 62443 Cybersecurity certification is desirable

• Strong commercial and risk management skills

• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

• Proficient in MS Office, tendering tools, and ERP systems
