Randstad is partnering with a leading real estate development firm in the UAE to hire a Senior Technical Manager. In this role, you will contribute to prestigious master plan villa developments, ensuring the highest standards of quality and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance across the entire project life cycle, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and specifications

• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, as well as technical documents

• Possess deep knowledge of material specifications, including flooring, doors, ceilings, and finishes

• Oversee the integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within villa construction

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and maintain project momentum

• Ensure quality control of workmanship and materials on-site, ensuring compliance with specifications

• Manage site inspections, snagging processes, and technical quality assurance

• Contribute to value engineering efforts, identifying cost efficiencies without compromising quality

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related technical discipline

• At least 10 years of experience in the UAE construction industry

• Proven experience in large-scale residential villa developments

• Familiarity with local UAE building codes, regulations, and authority approvals

• Experience with main contractors in a technical capacity

• Strong understanding of interior and exterior finishes, including materials for flooring, doors, and ceilings

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
