ABB is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to optimize its Talent Acquisition function, playing a key role in the hiring process for the Electrification Business Area in the MEA region. This strategic position will involve close collaboration with HR Business Partners and hiring managers, ensuring that sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with the company’s goals. The role requires expertise in talent acquisition, proactive sourcing, and engagement, as well as a deep understanding of the market and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers for end-to-end talent acquisition.

Act as a trusted advisor, understanding hiring needs and delivering targeted sourcing strategies.

Maintain relationships with critical talent, proactively sourcing and engaging candidates.

Advise the business on talent matters and help with market trends and conditions.

Lead recruitment projects, ensuring transparency and an evidence-based recruitment process.

Utilize ABB’s tools and systems for data-driven decision-making and improving recruitment effectiveness.

Assist in implementing talent acquisition strategies and process improvements.

Recommend and develop special programs in recruitment, talent attraction, and employer branding.
Qualifications for the Role:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream.

6 to 8 years of experience in the full recruitment lifecycle.

Solid understanding of the MEA region and hands-on experience with localization initiatives (Emiratization, Saudization).

Proficient in CRM platforms like Phenom and HR systems such as Workday.

Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Self-driven, resilient, and enthusiastic with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
