In this position, you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and securing high-calibre professionals across specialist disciplines including Commercial Management, Project Management, and Dispute Resolution. Beyond filling vacancies, you will build sustainable talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on hiring strategy and market insights.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment and enjoys partnering closely with business leaders to drive long-term workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding handover.

Proactively source and headhunt specialist construction professionals across regional and international markets.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.

Conduct competency-based interviews, assessing technical capability and cultural alignment.

Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategy advice to senior stakeholders.

Leverage advanced sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, referrals, and industry networks.

Represent the organization at career fairs and industry events to strengthen employer branding.

Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience aligned with the company’s reputation.

Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning initiatives.
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience recruiting within Construction or Construction Consultancy sectors.

Strong experience hiring across Cost Management, Project Management, or Dispute Resolution disciplines.

Demonstrated headhunting expertise and success engaging passive, senior-level candidates.

Advanced sourcing capability across LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct search methods.

Commercial awareness and confidence advising senior hiring managers.

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Strong communication skills and professional presence.

Experience recruiting across multiple locations is advantageous.
