In this position, you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and securing high-calibre professionals across specialist disciplines including Commercial Management, Project Management, and Dispute Resolution. Beyond filling vacancies, you will build sustainable talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on hiring strategy and market insights.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment and enjoys partnering closely with business leaders to drive long-term workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding handover.

• Proactively source and headhunt specialist construction professionals across regional and international markets.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles.

• Conduct competency-based interviews, assessing technical capability and cultural alignment.

• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategy advice to senior stakeholders.

• Leverage advanced sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, referrals, and industry networks.

• Represent the organization at career fairs and industry events to strengthen employer branding.

• Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience aligned with the company’s reputation.

• Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting within Construction or Construction Consultancy sectors.

• Strong experience hiring across Cost Management, Project Management, or Dispute Resolution disciplines.

• Demonstrated headhunting expertise and success engaging passive, senior-level candidates.

• Advanced sourcing capability across LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct search methods.

• Commercial awareness and confidence advising senior hiring managers.

• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

• Strong communication skills and professional presence.

• Experience recruiting across multiple locations is advantageous.
