ARRISE, the driving force behind industry-leader Pragmatic Play, is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Dubai team. This on-site, full-time position plays a crucial role in recruiting top talent for Finance, Legal, and HR roles across global locations. With over 7,000 professionals worldwide, ARRISE is shaping the future of the iGaming industry and is committed to growth, innovation, and excellence.
The successful candidate will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to onboarding, partnering with senior leadership to strategically build high-performing teams. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, recruitment data analysis skills, and experience working in corporate and regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end hiring for Finance, Legal, and/or HR roles globally

Partner with department heads and HRBPs to understand hiring needs and team goals

Design sourcing strategies and utilize various channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.)

Screen candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit

Manage candidate experience and maintain regular communication

Collaborate with compensation teams to structure offers and negotiate terms

Maintain recruitment metrics, reporting on time-to-fill, pipeline health, and quality of hire

Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes and external regulations

Build relationships with external recruitment agencies when needed

Act as a brand ambassador, representing ARRISE with professionalism
What Makes You a Strong Candidate:
-
5+ years’ recruitment experience, including time with a recruitment agency
-
Proven expertise in hiring for finance, legal, and/or HR roles, preferably in regulated sectors

Knowledge of international hiring practices and candidate relocation
-
Proficiency in talent mapping, headhunting, and niche sourcing platforms (e.g., CIPD, ACC, SHRM, IBA)

Familiarity with recruitment metrics (NPS, time-to-fill, stakeholder satisfaction)

Strong interpersonal skills to partner with senior stakeholders

Excellent English communication skills; other languages are a plus

Experience using ATS tools like Jobvite is an advantage
