As a Senior Sustainability Manager based in Dubai, you will play a critical role in shaping sustainable outcomes across landmark projects in the region. This is a full-time, on-site position that blends strategic sustainability leadership with commercial acumen and a passion for delivering measurable environmental and social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sustainability and social value strategies focused on climate change, biodiversity, and community impact

• Translate project/programme objectives into actionable sustainability strategies

• Ensure successful delivery of client sustainability goals and KPIs across multiple projects

• Achieve commercial revenue targets through strategic planning and execution

• Contribute to business development, bids, and client engagement through innovation and insight

• Provide deep technical knowledge in specific sustainability domains (e.g., carbon, water, waste, sustainable sourcing)

• Represent Mace in public forums and external events, promoting thought leadership and brand value

• Lead and mentor a team, creating opportunities for growth in a supportive and safe environment

• Contribute to the company’s broader sustainability and net-zero carbon transition strategy

• Share sector knowledge and case studies to enhance internal capabilities and external reputation

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in the United Arab Emirates (mandatory for client approval)

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or Construction

• Demonstrated expertise in sustainability strategy, stakeholder management, and project delivery

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to collaborate across functions
