McDermott International, a global leader in energy solutions, is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer to contribute to offshore structural projects. The role involves conceptual design, FEED, and detailed analysis, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, design codes, and project specifications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in offshore structural analysis using SACS, along with leadership skills to mentor junior engineers and coordinate multi-discipline projects.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Perform structural analysis, design, and verification for offshore projects.
🔹 Lead small projects and manage engineering teams.
🔹 Prepare detailed design reports, specifications, and MTOs.
🔹 Conduct interdisciplinary coordination to optimize designs.
🔹 Ensure compliance with API, AISC, EC, and industry standards.
🔹 Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to junior engineers.
🔹 Work closely with procurement, vendors, and construction teams.
🔹 Assist in preparing schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Experience & Skills:

• 8-15 years of experience in offshore structural engineering.
• Expertise in SACS software for offshore structural analysis.
• Strong knowledge of steel/concrete structures, FEM, fatigue, and dynamic analysis.
• Experience with API, AISC, EC, and GOST codes.
• Leadership ability to coordinate teams and work in multi-discipline environments.
  ✅ Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer (preferred).
  ✅ Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and supervise design work.
• Strong focus on HSE, quality, and cost-efficiency.
