We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Draftsman to join a leading construction team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality structural drawings, supporting engineering design processes, and contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed structural drawings and layouts using CAD software in line with project requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure accuracy and alignment of structural designs.
• Review, update, and modify drawings based on technical feedback and site conditions.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design challenges and enhance structural performance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Supervise and mentor junior draftsmen, ensuring consistency and adherence to drafting standards.
• Assist in preparing technical documentation, reports, and project deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Structural Draftsman, including senior-level exposure in construction projects.
• Proficiency in drafting tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering concepts, construction practices, and UAE regulations.
• High attention to detail with the ability to produce precise technical drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working on large-scale UAE construction projects is highly preferred.
