Job Title: Senior Store Manager

Job Description: Join Chalhoub Group as a Senior Store Manager and be a key driver of business success in the luxury retail space. As a Senior Store Manager, you will take charge of achieving sales targets, fostering customer relationships, and leading a dynamic team. You’ll ensure the store aligns with brand guidelines and operational excellence while delivering an exceptional customer experience across both physical and digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities:

Drive the Business:

  • Lead by example and embody the brand’s values and philosophy in every customer interaction.
  • Define, execute, and monitor the store’s action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain a loyal customer base by managing the customer database and identifying potential sales opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date on trends, products, and competitors and provide feedback to the back-office team.
  • Leverage all sales channels (online and offline) to maximize business results.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Provide a clear vision to your team on store goals, performance expectations, and business direction.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build a strong, motivated team.
  • Foster a positive work environment based on trust and respect.
  • Act as a coach for team members and promote continuous development using available learning tools.
  • Manage performance improvement plans transparently and constructively.

Customer Experience:

  • Promote an omnichannel mindset, ensuring the team understands both in-store and online customer touchpoints.
  • Implement clienteling strategies, focusing on VIP customers and utilizing customer data to personalize their experience.
  • Recruit new clients and convert them into loyal VIP customers through exceptional service.

Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure all sales and operational procedures are followed, maintaining store standards and policies.
  • Oversee the timely and accurate processing of e-commerce orders.
  • Ensure the team is proficient with technology tools that enhance customer experience, such as clienteling apps and Whatsapp Business.
  • Ensure proper stock replenishment, display organization, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Anticipate peak hours and maintain healthy floor coverage by analyzing traffic data.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, security, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading a luxury or premium fashion store.
  • Experience managing a sizeable team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A flexible and agile leader with a strong growth mindset and passion for delivering excellence in customer experience.
