We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Store Manager to lead our luxury fashion store in Dubai. As a key brand ambassador, you will drive sales, enhance customer experience, and lead a high-performing team. Your role will focus on achieving business targets, building strong client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence in line with the brand’s values and retail strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Sales Performance

Develop and execute store action plans to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Leverage omnichannel strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales both online and offline.

Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize store performance.

Maintain a strong client database and cultivate VIP relationships to drive customer loyalty.
Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of retail professionals to ensure outstanding performance.

Foster a positive work environment based on respect, trust, and collaboration.

Provide coaching, training, and career development opportunities to enhance team skills.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement improvement plans when necessary.
Customer Experience & Brand Representation

Deliver a premium shopping experience by implementing clienteling strategies and ensuring superior customer service.

Promote digital touchpoints such as e-commerce, social media, and loyalty programs to enhance the shopping journey.
Operational Excellence

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within luxury or premium fashion retail.
