Parsons Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Stakeholder Manager to join the team in Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for managing and engaging with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and experience building relationships with clients, partners, and community members.
Key Responsibilities:

Direct stakeholder management for projects in Parsons’ Abu Dhabi Sector

Facilitate efficient communication with clients and external stakeholders

Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with project goals

Identify key stakeholders and establish effective communication channels
-
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, addressing their needs and expectations
-
Monitor and report on stakeholder engagement activities for continuous improvement
-
Conduct stakeholder analysis and influence project outcomes
-
Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate stakeholder feedback into planning and execution

Provide line management to the stakeholder management team and develop career paths for team members
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
-
18+ years of experience in stakeholder management or public relations, preferably in a project-based environment

Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships and driving project outcomes

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
-
Experience in organizing and facilitating stakeholder meetings and workshops

Fluency in English and Arabic is required

Abu Dhabi experience is a must
