The Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation (AGF) is looking for a Senior Specialist in PR & Digital Communications to serve as the operational anchor for its visibility and engagement efforts. This role is responsible for translating AGF’s strategic positioning into effective communications across media, digital platforms, and public interfaces.
As the lead operational communicator, you will manage a hybrid delivery model, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, brand-aligned, and impactful communications.
Key Responsibilities

Execute AGF’s PR and digital communications plans, translating strategic direction into actionable delivery.

Manage the Foundation’s digital presence, including website and social media, to reflect AGF’s voice and priorities.

Lead day-to-day PR activities, including media outreach, press planning, and executive support.

Oversee vendor relationships and ensure accountability for all communications and digital deliverables.

Drive the planning, creation, and release of campaigns and content across PR and digital channels.

Monitor and mitigate reputational risks, ensuring accurate and timely response during critical moments.
Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, and communications, preferably within NGO, education, or refugee support sectors in the UAE.

Master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; digital marketing certification preferred.

Expertise in integrated digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, email automation, and social media growth.

Hands-on experience with paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn.

Strong leadership skills in content development for multimedia storytelling and campaign execution.

Ability to maintain brand consistency across diverse materials and vendor outputs.

Proficiency in data analytics to enhance digital performance and campaign ROI.
