The Senior Specialist CTC Football & Motorsport EMC will support the Sr Manager CTC Football and Motorsport in the Emerging Market Central (EMC) region by executing the short and medium-term objectives for both categories. The role will focus on delivering across key performance indicators (KPIs) while supporting the development of strategies for Football and Motorsport. You will play a key role in executing a seasonal Go-to-market (GTM) plan and maximizing growth in both categories, especially Motorsport, by planning product ranges, pricing strategies, and distribution methods.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Support: Assist in the execution of adidas Football and Motorsport strategies for the EMC region.

GTM Plan Development: Support the development and delivery of seasonal GTM plans by selecting relevant products, defining distribution and pricing strategies, and offering exclusives to key accounts.

Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with channels and key accounts to define priorities and opportunities, maximizing business and market share.

Master Data Management: Responsible for Motorsport article master data and system maintenance to ensure all product and campaign information is up-to-date and shared across cross-functional stakeholders.

Range Merchandising: Oversee all aspects of range merchandising, including segmentation to meet KPIs like efficiency, productivity, and margin.

Product Launch Communication: Drive communication across teams to report product launch updates, drops, cancellations, and delays.

Motorsport Expansion: Support the expansion of Motorsport, working closely with the B2B department.

Analytical Support: Provide analytics on sell-in, sell-out, margin, and product productivity, ensuring financial goals are met.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments to streamline the Go-to-market process.

Ad-hoc Support: Provide ad-hoc support to the CTC team as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Passion for sports, with a particular affinity for Football and Motorsport.

Strong consumer focus with a balanced understanding of brand and commercial aspects in building GTM solutions.

Exposure to merchandising, assortment planning, and retail strategies, including launch calendars and sales planning.

Proactive mindset with end-to-end thinking ability.

Analytical skills, able to make fact-based decisions.

Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment with diverse cultures.

Strong communication (written and verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills.

Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Fluent in English, with Arabic or other languages as a plus.

Strong commercial acumen with numerical and analytical skills.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
Education and Experience:

University degree in business, preferably with a focus on marketing or sales.

Merchandising experience, ideally in sporting goods, fashion, or youth culture brands.

Experience in the sporting goods/lifestyle industry is preferred.
