Job Title: Senior Service Advisor – Automotive Industry
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join a leading automotive service center in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing high-profile and major fleet customers, and ensuring a seamless service experience from vehicle check-in to final delivery.
✅ Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to NSSW service standards at all customer touchpoints.

Greet and assist high-profile clients and major fleet customers with professionalism.

Conduct a detailed vehicle inspection and record customer service requests.

Maintain and update the customer database for effective service tracking.

Confirm job requirements, repair details, cost estimates, and delivery schedules, obtaining customer approvals.

Arrange and conduct test drives jointly with customers when required.

Create clear and accurate job cards for service execution.

Monitor job progress and provide timely updates to customers.

Communicate additional repairs, delivery delays, and warranty coverage details.

Promote service contracts and upsell additional services to maximize revenue.

Ensure on-time job card closure and vehicle delivery in a clean and ready state.

Manage customer complaints promptly and escalate issues to superiors when necessary.

Achieve sales, customer satisfaction (CSI), and service campaign targets.

Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance retention.
Must-Have Qualifications:
✔ Degree or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a reputed automotive dealership.
✔ Strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to manage fleet and high-profile customers with professionalism.
✔ Proficiency in service management software and job card handling.
