GCL System Integration, a global player in renewable energy solutions, is hiring a Senior Sales Manager for its Dubai office to lead solar module sales for utility-scale projects (50MW+) across the GCC region. This full-time, on-site role requires a seasoned sales professional with a deep network of IPPs, EPCs, and project developers, and a proven ability to close large-scale solar deals. The role involves technical and commercial engagement, stakeholder management, and regional business development.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of solar PV modules for utility-scale (50MW+) solar power plants

Manage key relationships with IPPs, EPCs, developers, and government-linked buyers

Lead technical and commercial discussions, quotations, and price negotiations

Monitor major tenders (e.g., DEWA, EWEC, KAHRAMAA) and contribute to proposal submissions

Liaise with technical and supply chain teams to align project specs and delivery timelines

Represent GCL at industry events, exhibitions, and procurement platforms

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
Job Requirements:

5–7 years of solar module sales experience focused on utility-scale projects

Strong knowledge of the GCC solar market, including key players and tendering processes

Demonstrated success in closing high-value solar module supply deals

B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; MBA is a plus

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation abilities

Readiness to travel extensively across GCC countries

Fluency in English required; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage
