Cloudflare is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive exceptional sales growth across the Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) region. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Account Executives, helping to scale new business revenues while focusing on strategic market expansion, product adoption, and channel relationships. The role involves managing high-velocity sales pipelines, developing Go-To-Market strategies, and building strong partnerships within the cybersecurity and SaaS/Cloud sectors. A successful track record in sales leadership and market development is required, particularly in the SSA region.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives.

Provide day-to-day deal support and guidance for AEs.

Source, interview, and recruit top sales talent.

Manage and report on sales KPIs and forecast performance.

Define and implement Sales Go-To-Market strategies across SSA markets.

Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Lead quarterly business reviews and optimize sales processes.

Drive brand awareness and revenue growth in target markets.

Foster strategic partnerships with customer and partner executives.
Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 20 years of sales experience, with at least 10 years focused on the SSA region.

5+ years of experience managing a team of quota-carrying sales reps.

Proven track record of selling complex solutions in the SaaS/Cloud/Cybersecurity space.

Strong experience in pipeline management, Go-To-Market strategies, and rapid growth execution.

Established relationships within the Cybersecurity and SaaS/Cloud sectors in SSA.

Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MIS preferred.
