We are looking for a dynamic and goal-driven Senior Sales Manager – Signage & Outdoor Media to lead and grow our advertising sales division in Sharjah, UAE. This strategic leadership role focuses on revenue generation, client relationship management, and expanding market presence within the signage and outdoor media industry. The ideal candidate brings deep market knowledge, a proven track record of successful sales leadership, and the ability to develop high-impact strategies tailored to client needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and implement winning sales strategies tailored for the signage and outdoor media space.

• Monitor market movements, analyze competitors, and identify profitable expansion opportunities.

• Generate detailed sales forecasts and performance analyses for senior management.

Client Engagement & Retention:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and advertising agencies.

• Present tailored signage and outdoor advertising solutions that align with client objectives.

• Ensure premium service standards to maximize client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Business Development:

• Identify and convert new business opportunities across various sectors and regions.

• Conduct research to penetrate untapped markets.

• Represent the company at industry expos, exhibitions, and networking events.

Sales Team Leadership:

• Lead, guide, and inspire a performance-driven sales team.

• Deliver regular training on product knowledge, market trends, and strategic selling techniques.

• Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and results.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• 5–10 years of experience in signage and outdoor media sales (mandatory).

• Solid understanding of signage products, outdoor advertising principles, and UAE market trends.

• Demonstrated history of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to drive and sustain high team performance.
