Job Title: Senior Sales Executive 

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a solid background in medical equipment and consumables sales to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with strong key account management and negotiation skills, and who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business growth in the medical equipment sector

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with key accounts and healthcare clients

  • Identify client needs and present tailored solutions and product offerings

  • Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and achieve revenue targets

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements

  • Represent the company at medical exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings

  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and strategic market insights

  • Willingness to travel as required for business development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 5–8 years of proven sales experience in the medical equipment industry

  • Minimum 2 years in a senior sales or leadership role

  • In-depth knowledge of medical devices and consumables

  • Proven success in key account management, deal negotiation, and closing

  • Fluent in both English and Arabic
