Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in laboratory instrumentation sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding our product range in-depth, delivering excellent service, expanding customer channels, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Master the performance, quality, pricing, and service elements of company products to provide outstanding customer support.

Identify and analyze customer demands, recommending suitable products and tailored solutions.

Organize and maintain customer information databases and ensure seamless after-sales follow-up services.

Actively develop new customer channels and represent the company at industry exhibitions and trade shows.

Proactively collect and cultivate new customer resources.

Collaborate closely with technical departments to deliver exceptional teamwork and after-sales service.
Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.

5–10 years of proven experience in laboratory instrumentation sales.

Fluent in English (listening, reading, and writing); Chinese language skills are a plus.

Strong learning capabilities, enthusiasm for sales, and excellent teamwork skills.

Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Willingness to travel regularly to the company headquarters in China.
