M&P Mortar and Plaster Dry Mix LLC specializes in building materials and construction solutions in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Sales Executive / Engineer with experience in project sales within the construction and building materials industry.

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in the building materials and construction industry, with project sales experience in the UAE.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Salary: As per industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and key stakeholders in the construction and building materials sector.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.

• Promote and present company products effectively to both new and existing clients.

• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations based on client needs.

• Negotiate contracts and finalize sales agreements to meet targets.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, site operations) to ensure timely service fulfilment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

• Minimum 5 years of project sales experience in the building materials and construction industry.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to manage high volume customer accounts.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and business opportunities.

• A strong network with consultants, clients, and major contractors in the UAE is essential.
