As part of our international expansion, we’ve launched a new office in Dubai, strategically reinforcing our operations and service offerings in the Middle East. We are now seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead our growth efforts in the region.
Your Role: Driving Growth in the Middle East
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our Middle East expansion, responsible for identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering customized exhibition solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Generate new leads and secure projects across target industries in the Middle East.

Client Management: Build, manage, and grow a robust portfolio of long-term clients.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—designers, project managers, and production—to deliver outstanding results.

Solution Selling: Prepare tailored proposals and presentations that align with client needs and business goals.

Deal Closure: Negotiate and close deals with a strong focus on client satisfaction and revenue targets.

Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and market feedback.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a driven and knowledgeable sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within the exhibition stand design and build industry

Strong understanding of the Middle East trade show and events landscape

Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to after-sales service

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or another language is an asset

Highly organized, proactive, and a natural team player

UAE residency required
