Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Executive 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented Senior Sales Engineer or Senior Sales Executive with a solid background in B2B sales and a strong focus on commercial, industrial, or shop laundry equipment. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a proven track record in solution-based selling and technical client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients in the commercial, industrial, and shop laundry sectors

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including responding to leads, inquiries, and tenders

  • Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and recommend the best-fit laundry equipment solutions

  • Deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and sales proposals

  • Collaborate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project implementation

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy

  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and contracts in line with company policies

  • Represent the company in client meetings and negotiations, showcasing professionalism and product knowledge

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering background preferred)

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in selling commercial or industrial equipment; laundry equipment experience is a strong advantage

  • Valid UAE driving license is required

  • Deep understanding of commercial laundry processes and equipment functionality

  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and technical presentation

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications

  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus

  • Strategic problem-solving ability, capable of aligning customer needs with product capabilities

  • Ability to craft persuasive sales narratives and deliver high-impact technical proposals
